Sales: Commercial Power Systems Sales Roles and Responsibilities Summary: The Power Systems Salesperson is responsible for generating, cultivating and closing sales opportunities. The specific mission is to develop leads from an existing contact database, to prospect for new leads within an assigned territory, participate in lead generation activities, and follow-up on all commercial business leads. The salesperson should be proactive, resourceful and energetic with customer-oriented consultative sales approach.   Benefits will include:

Generator Technician Position Available

GENERATOR FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As a Generator Field Service Technician, the candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

    • Perform repairs and services on all makes and models of generators sold by company.
    • Inspections, repairs, services and start-up load bank test requirements on equipment.
    • Troubleshooting equipment and servicing generator components including alternators, wiring harnesses safety devices, shutdown switches, and battery systems.
    • Apply proper engine technical skills in inspection, disassembly, failure analysis, assembly, diagnosis, and engine operating performance tests.
    • Identify the problem and cause of failure through logical troubleshooting steps, determine corrective action through inspection of failed parts.
    • Repair and troubleshooting engines such as Onan/Cummins, Kohler, Generac, and Winco.
    • Pass factory training and certification for all makes and models of generators sold by company.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Required Skills:
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience with diesel/natural gas engine maintenance & repair preferred.
    • Must have the ability to perform high quality work in a timely efficient manner.
    • Good communication skills, enthusiastic attitude, and great customer service skills are a must.
  High School Diploma and technical school is desired. Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
